Jill Clayburgh was a delightful host, bringing a warm and natural comedic presence to the show. She fit in seamlessly with the cast, demonstrating a real knack for sketch comedy. The show felt light and fun, with a number of solid sketches, including a funny parody of “The Wizard of Oz.” Gilda Radner’s “Rhonda Weiss” character made a memorable appearance. However, the episode is perhaps best known for Leon Redbone’s incredibly unique musical performance, which was so strange and captivating it became the main talking point. The episode as a whole was very good and enjoyable, but Redbone’s quirky, throwback style stole the show and made it a truly memorable installment.
