A sharp writer and performer from the Eddie Murphy era, Tim Kazurinsky was known for his clever, often nerdy characters. He was the perpetually exasperated Dr. Jack Badofsky, who delivered pained puns on ‘Saturday Night News,’ and the comically inept ‘I-Married-a-Monkey’ husband. He had a significant presence and was a respected writer on the show. After leaving SNL, he co-wrote the film About Last Night… and later became a main company member at Chicago’s prestigious The Second City.
