Another Saturday Night Live cast member will be featured in their own comedy special soon. Netflix announced this week that current Marcello Hernández will helm his own special in 2026.
The special is titled Marcello Hernández: American Boy, and will be aired January 7, 2026.
Hernández follows fellow cast member Sarah Sherman into comedy special status. Sarah Squirm: Live+ debuted on HBO Max today, Dec. 12.
In his fourth season on SNL, Hernández is known for his impressions and characters, such as Domingo, which has been centered in several sketches on the variety show.

On Saturday, Dec. 13, Hernández and the rest of the Season 51 cast will be in Studio 8H for the eighth episode with host Josh O’Connor and musical guest Lily Allen.
