Actress Dakota Johnson will be back in Studio 8H at Rockefeller Center to host the second episode of Season 52 of Saturday Night Live.
Johnson has hosted SNL twice previously, in Season 40 and Season 49. It will be 11 years, 7 months, and 5 days between her first and third hosting appearance.
In October, Johnson’s latest movie, Verity, will hit theaters. She previously was famous for her role in the Fifty Shades of Grey films. She is well-known as a friend of SNL, often attending the show, and even spending time on the stage floor during boradcasts even when she was not hosting.

Maybe her most well-known sketch was Big Dumb Cups, which appeared in her Season 40 episode with cast members Chloe Fineman and Heidi Gardner.
Johnson’s musical guest will be Turnstile, an American rock band from Baltimore, Maryland.
